New Jamaica is a planet first mentioned in The Lion in Paradise.

It is not yet associated with a star system.

It has large areas of elevated, arable land, which is highly suitable for cultivation of coffee plants. It produces a coffee bean called Azure Mountain, which is said to be "better than Blue Mountain . . . and a lot cheaper, too."

Oddly enough, the planet was colonized primarily by Colombians and Peruvians, and not by Jamaicans. Thus the holoverts for Azure Mountain Coffee feature a guy similar to Juan Valdez...
